From the bustling streets of 1960s Hong Kong a love story blossomed alongside a 
culinary vision. High school sweethearts Suk-Wah Cheung and Jason Chiu, dreamed of creating a high-quality local cooking appliances brand, that was accessible to all.  Drawing inspiration from their families' rich traditions, a diverse blend of northern and southern Chinese flavours, they embarked on a journey to co-found a company that would soon become a local favourite.

One Chinese New Year, with shops closed and families with no natural gas connection relying on LPG bottles for their celebratory meals, Suk-Wah and Jason demonstrated their dedication. Despite the heavy rain and the sacrifice of their own family 
celebrations, they opened their shop and personally delivered gas bottles to their 
regular customers by bicycle. Suk-Wah managed the shop while Jason cycled through the downpour, delivering up to eight 9kg bottles all hung on his bike at a time, late into the night!

Since those early days we’ve grown a fair bit and now we deliver gas and electrical appliances to customers all over the world.
