Here you’ll find everything you need to know about how we deliver and ship our products.

Australia-wide delivery

We ship products throughout Australia using Direct Freight Express and other reliable carriers. We currently cannot deliver to some remote postcodes but are working hard to be able to offer delivery options to as much of Australia as possible.

How long does delivery take?

In stock items are dispatched within 2 business days and delivery takes between 2-10 business days depending on your location.

Sometimes, our system may have incorrect stock levels and if we are out of stock on an item you've ordered, we will let you know as soon as possible and let you know when new stock is arriving or you can request for a full refund.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free shipping Australia wide applies to all orders over $250.

Free shipping excludes some remote areas, bulky items (such as but not limited to ST100, Y018LPWF-S, Y018NGWF-S, Y028LPWF-S, Y028NGWF-S) and any special delivery requirements (such as but not limited to shopping centre, exhibition hall delivery, showgrounds, tailgate delivery etc). Free shipping offer is for retail customers only, excludes wholesale account customers.

Delivery prices vary depending on the size and weight of your chosen product(s). You can get an estimate of your shipping costs at check out and your exact shippings costs will be calculated before check out.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

We can delivery to PO Boxes for small items, at check out you can select to use Australia Post or Courier Shipping. Courier shipping option cannot deliver to PO Box. 

How about delivery to apartments, gated units or shopping centres?

The courier will deliver to the ground floor of apartment buildings and will require access to enter gated units, if no access is available, a re-delivery charge will be incurred. Some couriers may not be able to deliver up to your apartment and may require you to collect from ground floor.

For shopping centres, drvier will deliver to your nominated loading dock. If you require delivery into your store, additional charges may apply.

Do you offer order tracking?

We will send you an email once your item has been dispatched with a tracking number and you can track it on our website. If your item isn’t received within a reasonable amount of time please contact us.

Do you offer express or rush delivery?

We handle all orders as priority so we don’t offer “rush” delivery. However, if you want your order before a particular date, please leave a comment when ordering to let us know, and we’ll do our best to meet it. If we’re unable to deliver by your desired date, we’ll let you know. 

Can I pick my order up from your show room?

Yes. We welcome our customers to view and collect any items from our showroom, we can even show you how to use the products while you’re here.

Do you offer click and collect ordering?

Yes we do! When you complete your order online, you can choose to click and collect from our showroom.

We hold Click & Collect orders for 10 calendar days you receive your collection notification.

If you do not collect your order within 10 calendar days we cancel the items and refund the order back to the payment method used when placing your order.

What if I’m not there when my order is delivered?

Courier service will leave your parcel in a safe place unless you've requested signature on delivery. Deliveries via Australia Post will be taken to your local post office for your collection.

If you've selected "signature required" for delivery and you're not available when your order is delivered, our courier will leave a card so you can contact them and arrange a more suitable delivery time. 

The courier will charge a re-delivery fee which we may forward the cost to you. Auscrown will be happy to absorb the cost for 1 re-delivery attempt, if there is more than 1 redelivery attempt each re-delivery will be $12 per item (that is per carton up to 25kg) payable by the receiver.

If after several attempts of failed delivery, the parcel will be returned to Auscrown in Melbourne and all associated delivery costs will be payable by the customer. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change your order, please call us ASAP on 03 9056 9119 or contact us. As long as your order has not been dispatched we’ll be happy to change or cancel your order.

Christmas and New Year holiday delivery times

We dispatch orders every day except public holidays. As this is a busy season for couriers please expect deliveries to take slightly longer than usual so place your orders early to make sure you receive your parcel in time.
